"3rd party booking said they accepted dogs. They really didn't , mgr worked with us. Older room, had trouble with stinkbugs at the time we stayed. No breakfast!"
"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean with plenty of space. The owner and staff were all very friendly and we felt very comfortable staying there."
"The hotel was clean. My only concern was customer service. The clerk treated me as though I was inconveniencing her. I arrived at 10 in the evening and left at 6 am. I had to show her Southern hospitality during both interactions to receive any type of quality service. Additionally, I had to ask for my receipt. Again, she seemed perturbed that I would want proof of the transaction. I'm Southern, so this is a problem."
"Very nice service! Because of the whole covid deal he took our temps but when he realized we have 4 small children he made sure to come spray everything in our room with disinfectant and all his reason was because he loves babies! The room is very clean and since we have so many children he made sure to give us extra towels and disinfected them as well! It's the thought and effort he made that made it worth while the price was also wonderful being it's a holiday weekend! we will definitely be back! Very pleased!"
