"Terrible people. We have a store in cave spring we pay our bills, but the salon lady that rents a smaller building within our building wants our space and seven hills rentals also wants her to have the space so instead of waiting for our lease to be up in march they sent us an eviction and told us they don’t have to give us a reason as to why they are kicking us out at Christmas time so instead of my family celebrating Christmas we were busy moving a retail store. They do not keep up with maintenance at all leaving our building unsafe. Very rude and cruel people. We have reported them to the better business bureau and plan on hiring an attorney."
"I called them several times to let them know about my electric and they still haven't come to fix it's not Dec 3 and I reported it Aug 16 now I have too move I found out they are raciest to African American ppl"

"This company ignored our maintenance requests, talked to us disrespectfully, & tried to illegally evict us from our business because we left them a bad review. Had to get a lawyer to get them to calm down. They are inconsiderate, unprofessional, & I don’t see what they actually do besides collect money and give people a hard time."
