"I've lived at Advenir at Dawson Hills for a few months and the experience with the leasing and maintenance staff has been incredible. From signing the lease, through moving in, and the staff checking in with residents it has been incredible. The residents here are incredible. Sophie (leasing) and Jonah (maintenance) are always smiling and so helpful at any time. They make the experience wonderful! There are multiple opportunities to meet other residents with the events that the leasing office hosts as well."

"We have lived here for 1+ years now & absolutely love this complex!! The application process was a breeze & Marley made the experience great! Maintenance issues are solved quickly & the office is really responsive! The common spaces (gym, pool) are always kept tidy & the neighbors are kind! There’s plenty of parking & a great green space for the kiddos / dogs to play! 10/10 recommend :)"

"ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMPLEX ❤️ The office staff made our move in process so easy! Marley and Sophie are amazing!! They have been such a great help! The complex is so calm and quiet and you'll meet some amazing people that live here!! It's like one big family!! The events they put on for us residents is AMAZING! "Hands down one of the best complexes I have ever lived in. When I first started looking into moving here, the 2 bedrooms were all leased. Sophie kept in communication with me over the course of a couple of months and let me know once one came available around the date that I needed. She helped make the leasing/move-in process so smooth. Since living here, we've enjoyed it so much! It is a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful apartments, and the grounds stay looking immaculate. We have really enjoyed the monthly community events and cannot wait for the ones planned for this month. The grab and go dinners were really awesome too - so thoughtful for a busy week day night! 100000/10 recommend moving here!"

"The Advenir has been my first apartment and I have lived here for two years and could not love it more!!! Marley, Sophie, and Vivian are always SO joyful, kind, and helpful! I have loved living here so much that I have gotten 4 of my friends to move here as well!!! The community and amenities are incredible, the apartments themselves are amazing, and the management is the best you will ever find. Advenir Living prioritizes resident’s needs and does anything they can to make life here fun! From dinners provided by the complex, ice cream trucks and games, and more this community feels like home. In terms of maintenance, I have to say Jonah is the absolute best maintenance guy ever!!! Work orders are completed promptly and to high standards. Jonah is always a joy to have stop by whether it be for a leaky sink or dust on your ceiling! He will gladly fix it and leave your apartment like-new!! To say I am grateful for the team here is an understatement! The sunsets are beautiful, the buildings are stunning, and the community is unmatched. If any of the management ever needed a kidney, they could have mine for free."
