"I have lived at Dawson forest for almost a year. To begin with management was questionable. They have since replaced management and they are wonderful! Laura in the front office is so helpful and sweet! The apartments are renovated and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool and playground is great for kids! I love it here."

"I went and toured their 1 bedroom apartment and it really liked the updated furnishings and appliances! Kimberly is who I toured with and was very knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area!"

"I moved out THREE months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back. The complex puts the blame on the property management company. They refuse to call me back. I will be having my attorney reach out and see if they will communicate with him. I’m sick and tired of this. It’s absolutely ridiculous and very ILLEGAL. Someone needs to call or we will be going to court and I will be asking for 3 times the amount as well as attorney fees and court costs. I’m over it. Someone reached out to “resolve” this issue and nothing has been done thus far.. And to top it all off, now I have a debt for almost 200 dollars that I “owe” these people when THEY OWE ME MONEY. I was told time and time again that this was removed from any debt collection agency and that it wasn’t correct.. but as of TODAY 10/30 it is delinquent with National Credit Systems for over 75 dollars MORE than my last bill was.."

"Just renewed my lease and the experience was completely different from the first time I leased. The office has all new staff and they are very helpful. Laura and Kyle made it very easy and were both responsive and worked with us; we were able to do the whole thing virtually which was great because our work hours conflict with the office hours. For the reviews saying the apartments are run down etc., they are by no means brand new but maintenance is responsive and fixes issues as they come up, within a day or so. We see the occasional bugs too but we are also close to the wood line so this is to be expected. The one and only thing I would change is updating the laundry facilities but they do offer washers and dryers in your apartment so it's not like this problem is without a solution. All this to say, if you had a negative experience before give them another chance because a lot has changed in the past year, enough that I decided to renew and change my review from 1 to 5 stars."
