"Writing this so you know what to expect when staying here, I have no clue how the Google rating is so high. The rooms are gross. Had to stay here because only other hotel was booked. Be aware, this is a smoking friendly hotel and they spray a very strong, nauseating, intense perfume in the rooms. This weird perfume mixed with heavy cigarette smoke is unbearable. Also the lights in the room do not work, the sheets are covered in holes and stains from cigarette burns, there were cigarette burns on the walls and furniture and the sink was not cleaned and disgusting. The smell is the worst in the bathroom. On top of that the room was not cheap to receive such a poor level of service. When we asked to see the room before they showed us a different room that was much cleaner and did not have smoke. We were also not told that this room is a smoking friendly room and they would not cancel the room. Would not recommend and would definitely advise looking and SMELLING the room before booking, or I would not have stayed here."

"The manager and night staff were AMAZING! We got in super late and our reservation had a misunderstanding with our reservation. We had booked with a third party app and our reservation was mistakenly for the next day. After phone calls to the booking app were unsuccessful, the night desk reached out to their manager who was able to get us into our room ! THANK YOU, YOU ROCK!"

"First night of 4. I am not pleased, 1st of all we chose this particular hotel for the indoor pool for my daughter to have some entertainment on this trip, after check in and getting ready to take daughter the door was locked when we asked about this was told that it is under maintenance. I understand these thing happen but it should be listed on website or definitely discussed at check in! We would have went elsewhere! Also bed is uncomfortable and on something metal every time you move it pops and is disturbing. Also the “hot” water was very hot couldn’t enjoy a bath in the spa tub."

"This was by far the worst experience at a hotel that I've had. Sheets was dirty mattress protector was nasty and dirty. Bathroom was disgusting and pool and hot tub was not working either. For 107.00 a night I would have had a better experience sleeping in my car."

"The room was nice and clean, the hot water did not last to fill the spa tub, had to wait a bit to finish filling it. The remote didn't always work and the TV wouldn't always work, the in room phone didn't work at all. The front desk person was not very nice or helpful, had a disgruntled look on his face. The hot tub and pool were cold. Very expensive for what you get. Hot breakfast just waffles, no eggs, bacon or sausage. Some room temperature yogurt and breads."
