"My husband and I filled out an application which costs us $50 dollars! Never heard from them, that was in January. In February I called and the woman said our application was t processed and took down my number said she would call me back. Never called, so they took our money and then here we are almost middle of April and nothing. I’d stay away from this company. I read the reviews and we went against our feelings and thought we would trust them and they did to us what they did to everyone else."

"My daughter completed an application two weeks ago and waited a few days to follow up since she hadn't heard from them. Upon calling she was told that the unit had been rented, when she asked for her application fee back she was told no. About two days later this shady company ran her credit even though they didn't have a place to rent to her. I was livid because usually if the place has already been leased before your app is processed you get your money back, not this place. Anything to keep the money I guess. Smh! Fast forward to today, two weeks later, they send her a text stating that she needs a cosigner to qualify. So I call them up, because how does she need a cosigner for a non-existing rental? Of course, the lady on the phone talked in circles about their shady processes. Honestly, I think she dodged a bullet and it'll be a cold day in hell before I allow anyone to cosign for a place for her from these crooks. I should have read the reviews before I allowed her to apply from the start. Save your money, look elsewhere! Waste of time and money!!! 0 stars would not recommend!!!!!"

"In the process of relocating to the Georgia area I put my app In on a Friday concerning a property that I know was still available all the way up until Tuesday Wednesday it was removed from the website. No one never called me concerning my app to even let me know if it was approved or not but yet! They took the 25.00 app fee and couldn’t even begin to process the decency to call me or even respond."

"would give 0 stars if I could! they took our money without reviewing our application and then i called to follow up and was on hold for 12 minutes while they were giving away the apartment i was calling to follow up on. she then proceeded to review my application WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME after giving away the apartment that my partner and i applied for. (We were the first ones to apply btw). they also lied and said that the apartment was posted 2 weeks before the original posting date. I went an hour after the apartment was posted online to go view and one of the employees (Esparanza?) even confirmed that it was just posted! (Thursday Sept. 29th) horrible experience and terrible communication, they pick and choose who they want to live on their properties and not by first come first serve as they told my partner and I. Would never recommend to anyone"

"Worst rental company ever. No work orders are ever followed through unless you call everyday (and even then only sometimes!). Quick to price-gouge and nickel and dime you for every single little thing though. Dreadful customer service."
