Park Canyon

"Our apartment had roaches and rats. We would ask for help and would occasionally get a sticky pad. I eventually taped the electric outlet so the bugs wouldn't come in from the neighbors apartment. It also flooded any time it rained from the toilets ruining our furniture. Our rent started to go up $100 or more a year at the lease rental even though nothing was done to our apartment and we still were fighting off bugs, rodents, mold, and flooding. The people who worked there were exceptionally sweet. We loved getting to chat with them. They were the best part of our experience at Park Canyon. From what it seemed the apartment was just passed from corporation to corporation and the current owners were allegedly all about how much profit one could get out of people. We didn't really see anything happening when it came to our payments. Any problems we had we had to deal with or we had to pay to leave early. Because leaving meant paying 2 months rent we couldn't afford to break contact. I hope that this helps someone in the future. PS: I just noticed some of the 4-5 star reviews are some of the employees working here."

"Terrible experience when my wife and I lived here. Our apartment flooded multiple times from different spots in the apartment and nothing was ever done to permanently fix it. When we told the landlords we wanted out of our lease they said there was no way they could let us out as there was no mold that they could see. We took pictures of everything and left."

"I went to see my best friends apartment. I loved it! I would give it a5 but she seems to be having trouble getting them to add a door to the washer dryer access. They said that most renters have to newer large front facing units and the doors were in the way. Her's is a stackable set and the door would shut with lots of room. However she's still asking for it and it's been almost 8 month since she moved in. I love the apt. World consider it, except I don't want such petty things as a door (where there clearly is too be one) replacement to be an issue. Or I world have given them a 5! Take care of your tenants!"

"Where to begin? I've had an ongoing pest control problem from centipedes to rats in 3 years I lived here; because these people don't take care of their buildings. I've had their "pest control" come out twice for rats and both times they did nothing. I've asked maintenance to fix my door and they have done nothing. Is everyone working for Park Canyon incompetent? It sure looks that way. Would not recommend renting with these people."

"I've lived here for 9 years and had few problems. The management is excellent and friendly. The mechanics are knowledgeable and able to fix nearly anything, but there are one or two that just don't want to put in the work. The only real problems I've ever had here is the parking. They should really have assigned spots and bans on visitors filling up the lots on weekends."
