"Met most expectations for a 2-star hotel. Nice pet friendly hotel. Only suggestion is that they need to clean their floors with something more than a vacuum. If you spill water and use a towel to clean it up, your towel is black (not good), so with proper floor cleaning (much needed with our furry friends staying with us) this would be 5 stars."

"Booked for one night just to stop for the night, I do not recommend at all. As soon as we walked in the room, there were so many roaches and bugs. Also the pillow covers or sheets weren't changed."

"i recently started staying here cause i got evicted n im homeless right now with my mom dog n cat, the rooms were nice but the manager is a major b word. she was rude to my mom at the desk when she was trying to get a room, then we were staying another night bringing our pet to the room and my mom left it beside the lobby cause she had to go to work cause she was late and i called my sister to come get me because the place is filled w sketchy and weird people. i’m 15 years old and look like a complete child so ofcourse i wasn’t going to walk alone so i called her down, she came and got me and as we were walking past the lobby the lady literally ran to yell at us and tell us to go back to our rooms like they were cages and basically was telling us we couldn’t leave the room? she was telling us we were running around her hotel and told us to go back to our room and stay in there, even tho we all have free will, if you get a hotel you don’t have to be locked in it like it’s a cage? and so my sister ofcourse got mad and started to go off but it was also in the most nicely way possible, which i wish she didn’t do that but the manager was getting mad at us for coming out our room whenever there were so many ppl outside drinking, smoking, and etc. i’ve noticed there are BARELY any females over here and i see why. this guy saw how bad we were struggling and asked if he could pay for a week for us to stay and my mom said no and he kept insisting so she said yes, whenever he tried to go pay for it she said he couldn’t do it, so then later on were sitting there with one of the workers while he’s not on the clock and she comes out the lobby telling us we need to leave now? so we did as she said but our car battery died so we were waiting for someone and she then told my mom she needed to get it together, she is extremely RUDE. n knew our situation and didn’t care and made my mom cry cause she didn’t know what to do and she’s struggling bad trying to not let us be out on the streets. we have no where else to go so we stayed in the waffle house parking lot and they said it was fine and she called the cops on us ?? it wasn’t even her property. and she told the owner we were causing problems whenever all we wanted to do is stay in our room and pay for it and not be out on the streets sleeping in the car like we are now. she’s heartless and she has no feelings whatsoever, she judges u on first impressions n already jus doesn’t like u jus cause she says so, i mean that is what she did to my mom and told the guy that works there when he asked what we did and why she didn’t like her and her answer was she don’t know why she don’t like her she just don’t. she doesn’t even know my mom she never even gave her a chance? and this is the only hotel we can afford at the moment so we can’t go anywhere and we’ve been stuck in the waffle house parking lot. i don’t understand why she don’t take the money? money is money even if it was paid by someone else. it’s not like we begged him to do it he insisted on doing it so we allowed him cause he wouldn’t leave us alone. so now we’re not allowed to be on the property all because she don’t like my mom for no reason. i do NOT recommend this place do NOT stay here and do NOT waste ur money here they are all rude except for one worker he was the only one who helped and cared ab us while his manager kicked us out in the cold where we’re stuck in our car with nothing. do not come here. they don’t even give u a chance."

"Recently we stayed at the Red Roof Inn during our road trip to Florida. The front desk worker was very kind and helpful during our check-in. This establishment is also pet friendly which was amazing. The room was a little dated and could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls. However, there was several kittens sitting in grocery carts near the dumpsters and hiding under cars. We also seen two cats nearly get hit by a car that was driving threw the parking lot. Maybe the hotel can work with a rescue group to rehome the kittens and see if an organization can trap the adults and get them spayed/neutered. I just felt so bad for the kittens because it was raining and they looked wet and miserable."
