"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband stayed here for a business trip and not only was it gross but the breakfast was awful, the tub wouldn’t drain and one of his colleagues said they seen roaches. I’m posting this review to give a heads up to other people looking for a stay and for management to hopefully clean up this place and make it worth staying at!"

"Annual visit to this year's HallowCon, held on site at this motel. Love rhe atmosphere, the motel staff and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This place is a great value for the money. Love the updated decor in almost every area I frequent during my stay. The fact that the owner is willing to invest in his guests is amazing and he is a very nice gentleman as well. Love all the management as well as the other staff with whom I've been able to become acquainted. Some have become dear friends even due to our co tinued association through HallowCon. 10/10 will return for the stay even though home is about a 25 minute drive. Totally worth the price of the stay to be better rested and to not have to deal with traffic for an entire weekend!"

"What a dump. The room was gross. Dirty floor, dirty refrigerator, broken tiles in the bathroom. No coffee in the morning. Breakfast was waffles with batter that looked days old and did I mention no coffee? Loud traffic all night. We asked the clerk for a room in the back but he said he saves those for the workers and puts the seniors up front..excuse me? I'm 57..hardly a senior quite yet. Can't recommend this place."

"I can not fathom how this property can possibly have such astronomically inflated reviews. I arrived after 10 pm to a nearly empty hotel with my two young kids. When we opened the door to our room, our senses were assaulted with the unmistakable smell of unneutered male cat urine. I immediately called the front desk and they switched me to a new room without hesitation. I hoped the moldy smell in the new room would dissipate as it cooled off (it was 80° in both rooms), and my kids didn't notice it, so I brought a few items in and tried to relax for the night. My kids fell asleep before the cat urine smell penetrated the second room as well and the moldy smell increased as the air conditioner ran longer. Unfortunately, even though they couldn't smell the mold, they began coughing in their sleep not much later, around the same time I began to sneeze & cough myself. I contacted Expedia the second time because obviously contacting the hotel didn't get me anywhere. Expedia contacted the hotel, who told customer service there was nothing they could do because I didn't complain to them about this new room. But oh, call back Monday. I suppose they intended me to spend my gas money and my time as a guest dragging my kids back and forth all over the property in the middle of the night checking rooms until I found one suitable for human habitation. I just want to mention that I have fostered animals for years. I've spent many nights under the same roof with as many as 24 dogs and cats. I never (until this experience) have had any issues at all with pet-friendly hotels. So I don't think my expectations are unrealistic. It's clear that management feels no sense of responsibility for the service & conditions they're providing to paying guests or pride in their property, so it appears that I will reach no better resolution than to post a review so no one else has the same disgusting experience my family had. Picture of the spider I had the lovely opportunity to step on shortly after showering and the bathroom vent filled with dust and dirt."

"Even though I was asked twice if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and answered non-smoking also twice, I was put in a smoking room, and the cleaner didn't do a very good job after the last guest in the room because there were ashes and trash on the bathroom floor. Also, the bed sagged and creaked like it hadn't been replaced in 50 years. If I hadn't been so exhausted from a long drive I would have asked for a different room. I tried to make the best of it since it was just one night but if I'm passing through Dalton again I won't be staying here."
