"We stayed for a single night. The staff overall were friendly, which can be challenging when things are busy. As was the case during our stay. So we really appreciated their efforts.. The rooms are decorated nicely, but the upkeep has been neglected. Most hotels make it a goal to have every room manicured/detailed back to it's original status by their lead housekeeper & maintenance at least once yearly- I would have to say that from what I'd seen, this is definitely not the case here. The location is surrounded by restaurants which was nice. It's near the entrance ramp to get back on I-75 but I'm not sure if there is a exit ramp nearby to the hotel. Our GPS took us all through many neighborhoods to reach this hotel."
"We ride for a one night stay the room was clean the location was good but the air conditioner heat unit was terribly loud we wound up having to change rooms at 2:00 in the morning cuz we couldn't sleep ever 5 or 10 minutes it would come on very loud rattling. The front did allow us to change to another room but still it was a pain trying to get a good night's sleep on the travel and have to change in the cold at 2:00 in the morning move everything to another room. The breakfast sucked the eggs were super watery the sausage was super greasy The other items were just so so"
"Only stayed one night on way home from Florida. Room clean but dated, carpet need replaced, beds comfortable. Girl at front desk very friendly and professional. Breakfast was really good, quite a selection, eggs sausage waffles bagels muffins and much more. The lady that takes care of it was very helpful. She noticed I was struggling with a plate full of food to take back to the room and gave me a tray to put everything on. I would definitely stay there again."
"Stayed for 2 nights. For the most part it was clean. The bathroom had mold, and the shower head was gross. Other than that, we were fine. My suggestion is either teach housekeeping to properly clean, or get new help."
