South Rossville Sr. Apartments 1300 McFarland Avenue, Rossville, GA 30741

"There is Very little to no maintenance, needs cleanup on outside of buildings & Sidewalks, big bubble in driveway pavement large enough to damage cars, no lights in stairways & halls, parking spaces need painted so you can see where to park, Lighting on south side of parking area needs replaced & has not been working for about a year. General cleaning and paint on hand rails, balconies, & around entry doors, power washing needed of exterior of building, yard lights, metal portion of roof line on school building. Still hanging loose, vacuuming of carpet areas not done, windows need cleaned at entry doors, Cobb webs cleaned at entry areas, dead bugs cleaned up at entry ways & filters need changed monthly. Also windows in old school building will not open so if there is a fire you couldn't get out. Oh & the Asian beetles are out of control & we have been told nothing will be done about them. This complex is 20 yrs old. Not NEW where the others have been built recently In our area. Yes, Rent has increased everywhere. And it has increased $100.00 with no changes. Apartments are left empty for such long periods of time. Loss of rent equals rent increases to existing tenants. Positives: New office manager is kind. She does address problems when brought to her attention but upper management has her hands tied to do anything about most complaints."

"This is the place I have an application to move there. The manager took me on a tour and I fell in love with the apartments. I am hoping my name is next on the list bc I am so excited for my next journey in life. The apartments are A+"

"I received a phone call from an unidentified number one day. I thought it was either a robo call or a spam call so I didn't answer it. I checked my email the next day to discover that the call was from South Rossville Sr. Apartments. The woman left the phone number so I called everyday for about a week. If she had called from a number that was identified with the apartment complex or left a clear message I would have answered it. None of my calls were ever returned either. I think this is a poor business ethic & extremely unfair as well. I feel as though I was discriminated against. Georgia Government officials need to do something to correct the renters rights in this state & they need to set guidelines that every landlord should have to follow. As it is I was very lucky to find a lovely apartment elsewhere."

"After living in the same apartment for 7 years, and the last 3 of them have been pointing out the Fact that I had a mold problem. Unknown to me there was not any record of any of my requests for the repairs. Now that I have moved out the management has told me that this is all my doing. So if you are looking for an apartment and you are offered Apartment C-110. Know this that they may paint the walls, but Mold is still growing inside of the A/C unit."

"Everyone needs to know just how things are ran by this company. On January 18th, 2018 the pipes inside my mother's ceiling (in her bedroom) busted she lost EVERYTHING in her apartment. Had she not had renter's insurance she wouldn't have anything. Yes, they rebuilt her apartment and right when she moved back in (5 1/2mths later) the livingroom ceiling began leaking everytime it rains. Now we look up at the ceiling in the front bedroom and notice it has also began to leak. The company they are using to do their heavy work came out 3wks again, cut a hole in the ceiling and put a tarp on the roof. But guess what it still pours water EVERYTIME it rains. I would requirement anyone wanting to move into this apartment be very wary of the ceiling and keep your eyes open for leaks."
