"We have lived here for almost a year, we definitely enjoy it. We have kind neighbors. Never had issues with management. Any time we needed something looked at or fixed they sent someone out and it was taken care of."

"I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter rented her first apartment here and was taken advantage of. I think I they saw a young naive girl and treated her accordingly. She had her privacy violated by strangers(office staff) walking in while she was home- without notice or warning. The metal staircase was rickety at best. There were gaping holes and one step basically missing altogether. Terribly dangerous. Their “policy” for moving out was changed again and again to accommodate the company’s pocket. After paying an additional months rent after moving out, they claimed yet another months rent would be required as well as deposit forfeiture. They have been gone 45 days- it is empty and clean- keys turned in. Notice given 40 days ago. This is a slum lord. God will get people who take advantage like this. You should be ashamed First Property Management."

"Management is very rude. They do not tell you when people come to service the units, like pest control. There is a huge hole in the staircase that they just covered up with a pieces of wood. The place is just gross and unprofessional."
