"I called and tried to fill out an application. The lady was rude. I understand the policy that you cannot make over a certain amount a year, but the lady on the phone was short and not kind at all. I first started off by saying “hey my name is (my name) and I had inquired about filling out an application with you guys.” And there was a silence before she just said, “yeah.” And then nothing else. I proceeded to say, “so.. how do I go about doing that?” And so on. Would not recommend."

"Income restricted.. Single bedroom was full.. 2 BR, no ground floor apts were available.. For only myself, the rent would start at $1800. They are brand new but that's still a bit high for a 2BR and 1 person.. They say they are going fast.."

"Staff was nice and friendly. This complex is going to be a very nice place when completed. However, in their haste to fill tenancy prior to actual opening, it would be helpful if they would disclose either in the advertising or by phone or especially when you speak to them in person that this complex is income restricted prior to prospective tenants going through the process. Lot of wasted time, money, and effort in gathering needed documents for application when could he have been prevented."
