"Management is rude. If y’all have pets can’t bring them here not even a small animal that stays in a cage. Manager drinks on her job cusses up a storm with other tenants and says it’s their fault. When others aren’t doing anything. Always bugging ppl whenever they aren’t doing anything wrong. So this place needs new management and can allow small pets."

"I lived there for 3 years. Thanks to management it was a good place to live it was very quiet ,inspections every 3 months except during the covid,They spray the apartments the management was real nice she don't put up with no nonsense all I know it was a good place to live"

"Terrible management, landlord is never there. If you miss rent by even a single day they file a dispo on you. No grace period whatsoever. The apartments aren’t clean, the air conditioner barely does anything. Inspection should come every 3 months, barely does. Bug man should come once a month, barely does. Nothing works, they’re extremely rude. Neighbors are extremely loud and obnoxious, and they do absolutely nothing about it, i filed 3 noise complaints to no avail."
