"Management here is terrible. Pest Control is terrible. Me and my significant other whom is pregnant, moved to these apartments with high hopes only to be utterly disappointed. We moved into a cockroach infested apartment complex with stray cats that are infested with fleas. We have spent hundreds of dollars of our own money to attempt to treat these infestations, and Management would not reimburse us. Management breached our lease agreement since day 1, and Dalton Pointe is under multiple health code violations. Do not live here."
"I have been here for 2yrs and the first year it was good because of the people that owned it was good and the lady in the office then was nice and cared about the tenants. the people that owned it before was good the ones the own it now are awful. They don't spray for bugs. The don't care if you have mold in your apartment. The lady in the office is never here. You call to talk to someone and never here from and after you leave messages. I am look for a new place to live."
"i have been at the stone ridge apartments for a awhile now and I love being there the lady in the office is nice and sweet and helps in anyway she can. And my kids love it here and if anyone is unhappy or doesn’t like living here find another place to go. Because I have never had any problems. And the rent has went up some but it is slowly because they are doing their best to make everything looking good and it costs to do it."
"I loved the time I spent living at Stone Ridge Apartments. When I ever did have any issues, it would be taken care of shortly after I told management about it, so there was no waiting around for a few days. The washers and dryers in the laundry unit work fairly well, and I was glad that I could choose between a flat or a townhouse. I absolutely loved James and he did a great job making sure my roommate and I were living comfortably. I would have loved to live here longer, and if I ever move back to the area, I would definitely move back into these apartments."
