Burnside is a unique institution located at 2100 Rossville Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States. Situated in the historic Southside neighborhood, Burnside encompasses an 8-acre enclave of townhomes, businesses, and a fully restored, mixed-use one-hundred-year-old warehouse that was once home to the Andrews Paper Box Company. The warehouse, founded by Oliver Burnside Andrews in 1912, now offers a one-of-a-kind retail, office, and residential experience, featuring exposed brick walls and abundant natural light.
