"So after living here for 1yr and 6months here are my though. The place. 5/5 The layout is a lot nicer than expected. It felt like a normal apartment just without a bedroom or living room. (That’s based on perception). Management. 2/5 stars They do work with you. When and if they even get back to you. I normally have to wait 3days to a week to get a response. I have some that never got responded to Trash 3.5/5 stars So taking out the trash is bad because you share the little green can at the corner of the street and if you use the dumpster and get caught you will get fined. Parking 1/5 stars So parking is really the only downside. You have to pay an extra $55 for a chance to get a spot. The later the night the worse chance of getting a spot (after 9pm). I’ve had to pay for second parking or risk it. Internet 6/5 stars Best thing. Some people thought I lived next to servers and it paid for. Not a bad apartment if you like to be home a lot, game and get home before 8pm"
"I’ll admit, I got lucky with this apartment. I had just moved here and it’s in the location I was hoping for. And it WAS pet friendly. They decided they no longer wanted to be pet friendly sometime last year and told everyone with an animal, they were not allowed to renew their lease if they had a pet. I paid a lot of money to move into this apartment and was told that 3 months into my lease. I can’t even live here for longer than a year and it’s inconvenient and incredibly frustrating having to find an apartment all over again. The plus side to these units- they are new and they keep the building clean. Plus you get the Ria’s mart downstairs. But, I wouldn’t have given them any of my money had I known about the pet decision after signing a lease. Also- if you are new to Chatt- be warned that this is the college area. When school is in, parking is nearly impossible and it can be a little loud on weekends."
"Decent "no frills" studios. There are no amenities (other than a convenience store). They include internet (the gig) in your rent. It is fairly new, so the building is clean. Maintenance has been attentive to my needs. Being downtown comes with its costs, but this studio is "affordable" in my opinion when the rest of Chattanooga's rent prices are soaring. My neighbors were fairly quiet, seems to be a lot of your professionals and college students. There is a gravel lot across the street that you can pay to park in ($55 month). Overall I was satisfied with my lease, however the tenant app is trash, I wish they could find another app vendor."
"I wish I could give it 2.5 stars rather than 3 but I guess I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. This property has only been leasing for 1 year and I was able to get an apartment that was brand new, and no one had lived in before which is why I was willing to pay the high rent at first. This is no longer a selling point obviously. After 1 year I have decided to move out due to the cost of living here and getting close to nothing for it. There are 0 amenities on-site. My ceiling fan made a horrible rattling noise for the first half of my lease. Maintenance was difficult to get a hold of and it took 3 visits to fix something that took 15 minutes. The fire alarm constantly went off, the sliding bathroom door would slide off its track, the blinds string broke, mail situation is terrible, parking is bad, tenant app is atrocious. Best part is convenience store downstairs. In my opinion, this place is overpriced, and not worth the money."
