"In our five short days of living here, we've run into a lot of issues, most of which has to do with property management. 1. We've put in maintenece requests and have waited multiple days with no response or acknowledgement of our requests. 2. We have called about issues on the property and they have been acknowledged, but not fixed. A. There has been trash and furniture abandoned in a stairway for over 4 days. B. The elevator has been broken for 4 days. (Just got fixed today, however yesterday my wife and I had to carry a couch up 4 flights of stairs). 3. The gate to the apartment is stuck open permanently, allowing bar hoppers to park in the area. 4. There is a metal object hitting the breezeway at the entrance of the building causing a loud and frightening clanging noise when entering. 5. Residents regularly leave mail on lobby tables and put trash bags in the entrance garbage cans. *Update: I got in touch with a property representative and she was very prompt and professional in helping fix some the issues we had with our apartment in particular. She explained the reasons for the issues on the property, like the elevator and gate being broken. I think one way Wise Properties could improve is sending a mass email to building residents each time there is an issue that is being resolved on the property. Informing renters that the issue is acknowledged and giving them an action plan could set a lot of nerves at ease, especially with safety or functional items like gates and elevators. Another critique is their maintence/repairs process. When a repair is received, there is no email or phone call informing you of when maintence will come or if there are any logistics issues (parts on back order, etc.). Having some email or phone communication throughout the process gives the tenant a feeling of being taken care of."

"Living here was okay until BrightBase took over parking management. Now you have to deal with them trying to scam you with tickets every week when your permit is clearly displayed."

Along with being an aesthetically pleasing complex, to the amazing staff and location, they are my favorite place i’ve ever lived. thank you guys!"
