"DO NOT RENT FROM! Poorly kept houses with bad bug infestation. Maintenance man said all the houses are infested with them. They do not hold their end of the contract. For example they are to have the property professionally sprayed for pest control but never did in the year and a half I lived there nor did they for the years my dad lived there. My experience is far from the first of bad experiences shared by neighbors and friends. Other landlords even say that these properties are bad and McNabb Rentals has a poor reputation. We were kicked out with only 10 days to find a place to live and move. Eviction was for possession only and not for nonpayment of rent. While going through the process the lead maintenance man cut our cable and threaten to do it again. Even told my dad he was going to beat me up. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Positive post in the reviews are from their family and friends. Strongly recommend renting elsewhere. I lost thousands of dollars in personal belongings due to poor maintenance of the house and infestation of bugs that had been there way before I moved in. Disgusting and wrong. They should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to live in such filth and at a ridiculous rate at that."
