"I would not recommend living here. I am having issues getting maintenance to take my repairs seriously. I currently have an a/c unit in my apartment that has had a drip problem for months. Every time it's reported the maintenance that's done is basically them guessing what to do and not really fixing the problem. I have lived at my unit since January and my a/c has been leaking since February. My next stop is reporting them to the city if they don't fix it as I am unable to sleep and have physical health problems due to the constant dripping noise."
"If I could give negative stars I would. Office manager is horrible she is itching to evict anyone she can. The type of bullying and intimidation tactic they use should be illegal. They threaten you with eviction when your payment is not even due yet. Worst place ever to live. They are slow to respond to maintenance issues. My ceiling was leaking all they did was paint over it I could see the black mold coming thru before I vacated the property. They even went to the extent to put a camera at the dumpster to monitor who puts trash in there. One day they will bully the wrong person. Until then I am glad I got out of that horrible complex. The owner should re-evaluate his manager."
"We were excited that this place did short term leasing, as we needed an affordable place to stay while closing on our house. The pros are that for the most part, this is a quiet and fairly safe community. I never felt that my children or our family were in danger and even let our kids play outside often. The office workers were pretty friendly and as long as you pay your rent, there won't be any issues in that regard. One con regarding rent is that when we lived there, you couldn't pay online. Instead you had to get a money order or check and that can be inconvenient for those of us who are accustomed to paying bills online. The worst part of living here though was how disgusting the apartments were. While our bedrooms were fairly clean when we moved in, the kitchen and living room were absolutely unsanitary. Crusted food, pet hair and dust everywhere and we had to bleach and sanitize everything before we could even attempt to move our stuff in. This apartment complex has the worst cockroach and pest issue I've ever heard of in my life. There were thousands upon thousands in our apartment. Day after day we cleaned, kept food and crumbs immediately cleaned up, and still they came in droves. We called management and over and over they assured us they were sending someone out to spray our apartment and, in the three months we lived there, no one ever came to treat the apartment for bugs. Upon further investigation all of our neighbors confirmed the same thing and said they just had to treat it themselves. Unfortunately, I know if an apartment is not treated as a "whole" it will never remedy the issues. I can remember walking in the parking lot at night and having huge cockroaches walk over my feet in the dark. It was unbelievable and I am really sad that there are people who have to stay and live there in that kind of filth. With the proper management and owners this place could be a great place to live..."
"You get what you pay for (see below). As long as you keep that in mind, it's actually a great place to live considering the area. Move in costs are low, layouts are nice, and management is ridiculously sweet, as are the neighbors, most of whom have been here ages. Lynn is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. Below (lol): The tub lining is peeling off causing water to pool and mold to form if you don't clean it often. The toilet is constantly running, as is the shower, running up our water bill. The ac is older than me and turns off only with some trickery, running up our electric bill. The floors creek in certain spots. The stove causes the smoke alarm to go off every time i cook. There is dog poop all over the grounds. The repair man is usually quick to respond to calls, but not much gets fixed in the long run. Like i said, you get what you pay for. That being said, I'd stay another year no problem."
"I haven't had anything but a great experience living here. I'm always able to get someone when I call, my repair requests are handled promptly (including one at 11:30 p.m.) and any concerns I have, have always been addressed appropriately and professionally. I love the convenience, the space, the price, the quiet and my dogs love the grounds. All of my neighbors are super friendly and I love Dayzi, Gary and Nicole. I'm sure the previous bad experiences are from before the management changed as I have been there almost a year and have renewed my lease already."
