"The absolute worst Publix. Zero customer service. I’ve tried to speak to customer service manager twice and the lack of care is shocking. I’ve never experienced a Publix like this location before. I am used to friendly customer service, a genuine feel good environment and leaving feeling I found what I needed. Clean house in management and start over. You will continue to lose customers based on how you speak to them."

"Love the store but the Deli department needs to do better. The workers focus mostly on sub orders and ignore people that want a few pieces of chicken or a chicken/fish dinner. Not everyone wants a box of chicken… seems like they just want you to pick up a box and go. Today I waited almost 10 minutes for a few pieces of chicken and the women told me basically what they had in hot case was it. I didn’t want those dried up looking chicken breasts and measly wings. She wouldn’t check to see if fresh chicken was cooking and wouldn’t even open up an 8 piece box. As a matter of fact she gave the vibes and facial expression like the customers were bothering her. All customers should be prioritized in the deli not just people that want subs or sliced lunch meat"

"Very clean and crisp store. Publix has an easy layout to follow which adds to and supports the catch phrase, "where shopping is a pleasure". Customer service at Publix is top of the grocery game and hasn't changed since I was a kid. Today I tried a sample of Publix sour dough bread and I was sold on it. When I saw it was offered as a whole unsliced loaf, the associate walked me to the bakery where they sliced the loaf and bagged it no additional cost. And of an course, can't forget that Publix makes the best subs and have the coolest scales ever."

"I used to work a deli one thing i realized people come to the deli because of the food is good and there is people who are shopping for food and get hungry for food and go to the deli. One thing I enjoyed seeing is a customer happy walking off.they are just not happy walking off just for food though.they are happy because they got their food and also feel welcomed back. I seen none of that when I was over at this Publix. I greet the man he didn’t great back and guy a I just got to get the job done attitude.this is customer service field there’s got to be some hospitality.they can do better I’m not here bashing anybody but they can do better.it do matter who comes through that door you treat the same no matter what.getting paid just to be like that is crazy do better deli….."
