"After three attempts to receive my beautiful tv stand from Overstock , finally today it was delivered safe,and with no damages. Truthful I can only give credit to two men for this rating to be a five. Casey and “T” were professional, extremely caring, patient with me , more than willing to accommodate my preferences and particulars. They have a giving spirit to serve their customers. Both men have a gift of service to others. They unpacked my tv stand outside so not to mess up inside. They cleaned up everything after. They helped inspect every part to insure no damages or defects were present. They connected all my tv devices and all to meet my preferences. I can’t say enough about these guys. I wish I had something or had away to show my appreciation. I only hope BlueStreak takes reviews as seriously as they should. Its these two men that restored my faith in online delivery services. If the employees are bad you will lose business. But when two men are exceptional employees they deserve to be recognized and rewared for the quality and eagerness to serve people in honor of the company’s name. I will only use BlueStreak again if I can request these men again. I rarely allow people I don’t know in my house.
