"Well…. If I could give this store a minus five I would. This has to be the most unprofessional UPS Store I have ever been to. I have written just a handful of comments in my lifetime but I felt compelled to write this one, so people avoid this store if they can. Today I dropped off some returns for Amazon and was told that they will not accept them without a box. I explained that Amazon does not want them in boxes because they want less packages on the road. The woman named Cynthia said that I was required to purchase boxes from them to return it. After some back and forth with her she agreed to take the packages. After six hours waiting for them to scan them my husband called to speak with a manager. My husband explained to him what his employee did. The manager named Chris belittled my husband, told him he himself had to pay for boxes and proceeded to say profanities on the phone to him. In these situations you wonder what’s UPS doing and allowing their employees to say, and do to their customers. I contacted UPS headquarters and the mater is being looked into. Meanwhile my Amazon packages are sitting in limbo."
