"I order food there Marcus the manager was not professional he didn't want to resolve the problem by making my order right or didn't want to refund me my money. He said that that was the new policy. So be careful ordering your food there if they make it wrong they not fixing it or refunding your money no matter how much you pay for your food"

"We called and ordered $80 worth of pizza and at first they said they weren't delivering (bad weather) but then said that they would because we were leaving a bigger tip. They took our order and said they would be here soon. We waited 2 hours and no one came so we called to check. We were told they closed 30 minutes ago. We asked why no one showed up or even called and all they said was that they could give us a free pizza tomorrow if we called and complained. Why not at least let someone know they weren't coming? I understand if they're having technical problems etc. but a call would have been nice. Now it's late and I have to scramble and scrape something together for my family to eat. Very unprofessional."

"Tonight at 745 i walked up to the lobby entrance to do a walk up order .. and the girl running the lobby saw me walk up to door and she walked faster and lock the door to n my face while laughing with her co worker about .. the sign on the door says the lobby closes at 8 not 745 .. why was your employee so rude ?"

When it came to the pizza, it was just average at best. The cheese seemed a bit generic, and the sauce didn't have the delicious taste I was hoping for. The service was functional but didn't go beyond the usual standards of an average fast-food establishment. There was nothing particularly memorable about the interaction with the staff, making it feel like just another transaction. In summary, Hungry Howie's in Tallahassee offered a run-of-the-mill pizza experience. If you're seeking a quick, no-frills option, it may suffice, but if you're looking for an exceptional pizza outing, you may want to explore other options in the area."

"Everytime we come here it's always a good experience. The foods usually ready, always hot and delicious. The veggie thin crust is our favorite. However their wings need real improvement. To be honest the wings taste like frozen store bought Tyson type wings and only come in 1 flavor which is hot and bland. So we usually skip them but it was a kids party and we spent well over $100. I recommend you come here for the great pizza, wonderful bread sticks or cheese bread but if you're getting wings and pizza try Pizza Hut cause Papa John's has yhe same wing problem too."
