"Ordered prints online ($7.41) but received a notification that it wouldn’t be available until tomorrow at 2, so I called in hopes of possibly getting a quicker turnaround. The gentleman who picked up the phone wasn’t the nicest and didn’t seem to want to help. He stated that his manager was the only person to print copies & that he wouldn’t be in until tomorrow so there was nothing he could do for me. So I asked if he would be able to cancel my order so I could try another location since he stated they were a franchise & weren’t affiliated with the others. I asked for his managers name, he stated his name was Chris & when I asked for his last name, he hung up the phone. I then called the Monroe Street location, was greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of his way to help. They even thought it was odd that the representative at the Pensacola St location couldn’t assist, but they were here to help! Was able to print my copies within a matter of minutes onsite & my need was finally met. Very disappointed with the Pensacola St location since it was much closer."

"Be warned! The staff shuts down the store 30 minutes before closing. If you have an Amazon return, no problem. But, if you want to ship a package, no can do. They say it’s their store policy. I say, they need to change their hours of business if they close earlier than what they advertise. I changed your hours to your “store policy” hours to reflect that you close 30 minutes before you say you are going to close. You can thank me later."

"I was so pleased with my experience at this location!! I had some trouble finding the location but i gave the store a call and they were so helpful with locating it. It was very clean and organized. The employees were so helpful and helped me every step of the way. They sent a very important package perfectly and made me feel very secure with my experience."

"Make sure you have all your information and make sure the employee does the job correctly. If you are familiar with a procedure, question when things aren't done in a similar fashion. New employees don't understand all the steps some orders take when it comes to working with third party companies, like amazon. The young girl up front with the long hair, is NOT a good employee from my experiences, yes plural. Wait for Someone else if you can. She WILL mess up your items in some way or another. The lady in the back with the soft voice is super sweet and very good at understanding and handling issues the other employee creates. I have never worked with the manager, he's always working with other customers. My only assumption is he's busy handling something the young girl couldn't."
