"I am a firm believer in keeping people who don’t like people away from customers. Put them somewhere in the back. I don’t know what the problem was with the horizontally abundant girl at the register, but if I had more time today, I would’ve stayed and hurt her feelings. Maybe she was mad that it was 3:58 and she was ready to go, but whatever training modules you have in your portal on customer support need to be reviewed YESTERDAY. Her interpersonal skill deficiency is ASTOUNDING! The other young lady (organizing packages) was pleasant and helpful."

"I actually drive here past the one closest to me for the service. They are always polite and helpful. I had what I thought to be a real issue with boxes today but they handled easily with no upcharge."

"Would give zero stars if possible. Spent money to have documents notarized and shipped with tracking number. Tracking number is not registering. Manager Larry basically shrugged and said they can’t do anything about it unless I pay for both the notary and shipping all over again. I will never use this store again."

"The customer service here is just lacking all around. We paid to have original documents notarized and shipped. Their clerk recommended USPS shipping, with Certified Mail. After 5 days the tracking # shows nothing in the system. Called and spoke with the stored who recommended we call USPS; USPS has nothing to show this piece of mail exists. When I called and spoke with the Store Manager Larry his response was, ‘Oh, we have nothing to do with USPS. That’s on them.’ I wholeheartedly disagree with this - as a store you provide USPS as a service, so to say you have nothing to do with them is dismissive and lazy. I asked if he would be able to assist with notarizing new documents so that we could resend. He said he couldn’t do it for free. Essentially we walked in, paid $25 to mail time sensitive documents, and there is now nothing to show they even left this store. When a store manager makes zero effort to rectify a situation, and just pushes it off to someone else’s problem, they’ve lost my business."
