"I am confused at with the 5-star reviews because it is nowhere near even one star. They use the, "Bait and Switch" tactic is used to get you to upgrade the rooms even though they are the same. They show you a mock room in deplorable conditions to force you to upgrade paying much more for nothing. The rooms did not look clean, the bathrooms smelled like sewage and the rooms like smoke, and the area didn't look safe. There were men coming out of their room watching your every move, and a couple arguing outside. I suggest you don't come here because they will charge you $62.00 a day or two before you have to check in, and you also have to pay a $50.00 deposit if you do decide to check in. So if you don't check in you still lose the $62.00, it's not refunded. SO regardless if you are shown a room and decline, they keep your money. There are better extended stays in the area, like for instance, Woodsprings or Extended stay America, they are more upfront and transparent about prices. IF you want to stick with In Town suite's I suggest you try another area."

My wife and I have been here for over a month and he's been pretty consistent with helping us with any questions or issues that came up with our room. (Room 114). Very friendly and extremely helpful to say the least. He's made us feel safe and confortable and we thought that this was something worth telling. Thanks!!"

"This location took $55.01 for a deposit for a traditional suite from me only to call me the morning of check in to say they had no rooms. Cassandra informed me she would call before check in time to see if any become available, it's now a week later with unreturned phone calls or no one answering the phone. I want my money back, you shouldn't take money from people if you have no rooms to provide. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Deposits were supposed to be for premium suites anyway, not traditional rooms. This is highly unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate!!! Edit: Look at the generic *insert name* reply! I didn't stay here, that's the point! I was charged for a room that wasn't available in the first place!!"
