"I was there to help my son on move in day. I got there about 20 min before he arrived when I saw a woman come out of the office and lock the door behind her (I now know,her name to be Tori). I rolled my window down and said "Hello" , I see that you're on your way out, and you locked the door. Is there no one else in there? She said no, I then said ok, because my son is coming up the street to get his move in keys. She then said (very Nonchalantly) "Well he's gonna have to wait til I get back from picking up my son". I then asked, well how long will that be? she said 30/40min and walked off into her car. That was definitely not the right way to handle that situation because if you were the only one working all morning and you knew there was a scheduled move in, why not call to make an appointment with them or just to notify them not to come until you give them a time of return. And to make matters worse, she returned 1hr20min later!!!!!! I have witnesses that were waiting there with us!!! She then walks in the office surprised to see all of us in there because a maintenance guy let us in to sit and wait. But when she entered, there was no Hello everyone, I am sorry for returning late. May I ask who let you all in the office?? Her response was more like, walk in, look at all of us like we stole something, then said did maintenance let yall on? We said yes, instead of her getting right to the move in, she decides to call and lecture maintenance right in front of us, then make comments like if anything would have come up missing its not on me cause I wasn't here. This girl was just rude. I have been a Property Manager for 6 years now and if she were my leasing agent, I would write her up with the quickness!! You NEVER know who is around you, listening, observing, or actually interacting with you in this business. If I was a shopper, she would have failed miserably and she needs to take fair housing classes because she was out of pocket with the conversation and she was very comfortable saying those things... Thankfully, my son is happy so far with his apt and I will say the community is nice and clean. Just clean up the customer service in the office and it'll be A1"

"I really like living here. If I have an issue Jonathan in the office gets it taking care of immediately. Great commute to work. Maintenance team is on point. It’s quiet and clean."

"I signed my lease on September 1st today is now December 4,2023 . I was placed on the 3rd floor and I have had Gwinnett county at my door twice within a 4 month span . Due to the lady below me complaining about “ noice “ which is FOOTSTEPS on the floor . I have wrote emails to the office with no response. I have asked multiple time how old are the floors in the apartment, when has there undergo an investigation/log time? after county hours to hear what noise there is . To send the police to someone door is very intimidating for an African American family . I feel harassed and racially profiled . On many counts . I would not recommend . There is 1 lady that calls the office due to her work schedule and now since there are calls /assumptions I have the police sent to my door . My family and I are in true disbelief/distraught on how we have been treated here at day rise . Especially for this to be our first apartment. Our experience has had no peace , no welcome , and no understanding. From outside looking in It’s just plain and simple we are the “problem “ due to the old floors in the apartment and due to her early work schedule we have to walk on eggshells in our own home to accommodate someone else .. where we are in a community where everyone should be treated fair ."

Jonathan Leake is the regional manager and he has gone above and way beyond to ensure that any concerns I have had, are addressed and resolved promptly!
