"Denise will mislead you to believe if you pay her $60 application fee that she will be more than willing to work with your credit situation. We drove everything to her office over an hour from the property that she was renting, were one of the first to put in an application she mislead us and lead us on for over a week until the owners themselves posted the property on Zillow for $60 more a month than Denise was advertising it for and we were very transparent about everything and she stated “it shouldn’t be a problem your income is definitely there” to only lead me and and on for 2+ weeks, I called multiple times to confirm about the property and she continued to say they hadn’t made a decision then I called today and she didn’t even answer my call. My fiancé called right after and she answered and simple said “I’m sorry”. BEWARE——save your time and money Don’t rent from this property management company. It’s a joke and for the house she was managing she didn’t even know what was going on until I informed her about the ad on Zillow that the owner posted and the rent increase. They are liars who will mislead you to get your money."

"Don't move here they are crooks.. they will try and Rob you when you move out. Nothing is ever fixed properly.They will blame you for stuff that was there before you move in and also for damages caused by there maintenance. The units are full of mold and mildew. Denise is a backstabber. She is nice to your face and talk to neighbors behind your back."
