"One of the worst places to live. I’ve been here only a year and had the worst experience . Roaches are in the wood and don’t matter how clean you are. I had pest control spray every week and still haven’t solved the issue. The front office is terrible and only have one person that will help. The apartments has had multiple owners and this is only in one year. For the price they are charging it’s not worth the hassle . It’s 90 days you have to notify them about leaving if not they will charge $500 onto your lease . This was not explained( first owner told us 60 days ) They will hassle you about oweing them but will take there time on fixing your home . If you have other options please exercise those. If your okay with roaches, then please this is the place for you."

"**Update** I was reported to collections regarding move out fees THAT I ALREADY PAID before the due date. Contacted the collectors to get it removed. It's disgusting that this has happened and that no one contacted me regarding the payment so we could clear it up before sending to collections. I will never recommend anyone to lease here. You can do so much better. ----------- Management is okay. However, keep in mind that if you show up to the leasing office after 5 or call after 5 during the week, even if someone is in the building they will not answer the door or the phone."

"Complete waste of my time. I booked an appointment LAST NIGHT for a SELF-GUIDED tour for 9am and I was refused at the door. The first availability was at 9am and I was told that tours do not start until 10am. The lady didn’t attempt to welcome me in as I approached the door and didn’t even have the decency to at least check the system to see if an appointment was made. I got the impression that she just didn’t want to be bothered and for that reason I left. I drove 30 minutes to and from there just to get turned away. Unbelievable."

"I live here currently and I haven't had many issue. However, if you need to speak with office staff about ANYTHING you will have to physically go into the office. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!"
