"My stay at this Marriott hotel was deeply disappointing due to the staff's misleading handling of a late checkout request. Despite my late check-in close to midnight, I was informed that any late checkout request could only be made in person on the morning following my arrival, specifically before 8am. This requirement was both surprising and inconvenient, particularly given the timing of my check-in, when such a request could have been discussed. Upon adhering to this directive and approaching the front desk the next morning, I was met with shifting and inconsistent explanations regarding room availability. Despite the hotel's online listing showing ample availability in every room category, I was told my early departure was necessary. This response was perplexing and disheartening. As a Marriott Titanium member, I look forward to certain privileges, including the late checkout up to 4pm, a benefit provided when the hotel's occupancy allows. The apparent abundance of available rooms made it clear that honoring this request should not have been an issue. The refusal to accommodate, coupled with misleading justifications, suggests a disregard by hotel management. This approach not only disrespects loyal customers but also deviates from the expected standards of service and transparency that any well-managed hotel should uphold."

"Talk about kind and considerate staff!!! We came to spend the night before a day at the Lego Discovery Center for my son’s 10 year old birthday. We got up early so he and his friend could swim in the pool and I laughed with the front desk as I asked for towels that I was only up at 7am for my son’s birthday. As we left to pack the car, the sweet ladies came out with snack bags and a birthday card. It doesn’t stop there! The breakfast was wonderful and my hungry boys went for seconds of the biscuits and gravy. The kitchen staff were so kind and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend the amazing staff. The comfy beds and room were an extra plus."

"Hotel is not bad in the middle of ATL, not far from anything and you’re in the middle of everything. Hotel has free breakfast, a pool and exercise room. The water takes time to warm up so start running it in advance if you want a warm shower. Lots of parking."

"I was physically assaulted by the employees! Would not recommend staying at this location. It is a franchise and they have no professionalism. I stayed here for almost a month and spent thousands of dollars. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation. All I received was an apology after being attacked by their employees in front of my child. When the manager first arrived on scene after the assault I felt like she was justifying their actions. It wasn’t until the police arrived (I called) and they were able to view the cameras, that she apologized to me and informed me that the staff member and her daughter were terminated. I would recommend staying at a different location or hotel. This hotel is very ghetto. While I was staying at this hotel I had to change rooms over 5 times. One room refrigerator didn’t worked and spoiled all of our food. BEWARE!"

"I wanted a bargain Marriott to sleep before coming to the airport and this mostly fit the bill. My biggest complaint is that the climate control was overly restrictive and there was no way to have a constantly running fan, which would have helped drown out the club music noise that went on until 11 or so. Despite that I managed to sleep decently most of the night. My other issue is that there is very little walkable from this location. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was okay. Some things could use a refresh, but it was a decent stay for under $120"
