"I had high expectations knowing we were going to a Fairfield inn and suites, and the customer service was wonderful. I wasn’t impressed once we got to the room. While it was clean, it was obviously old and a bit worn down. We enjoyed the warm breakfast crossiants at breakfast, but I wish they had more fresh options."

"I hate to give this hotel 2 stars, because the staff was absolutely awesome. The low rating is solely due to the "green" faucets in the bathroom that trickle water. Being responsible for the environment's sake is ok, but not to the point of wondering how much longer it will take to rinse the shampoo out of your hair--WHEN YOU'RE NEARLY BALD!!!!!! Change the faucets and I'll come back. Otherwise, I recommend everyone to steer clear of this place."

"I visited the hotel this past weekend for a staycation. The staff was nice the entire time that I was there. When I went to my room everything was clean, but the rooms are pretty outdated. The walls are super thin. That evening, I started to hear the couple next to me having sex so loud that I could hear over my air conditioning. I went to the front desk and asked for another room or just a refund. When I got to the second room, the door wouldn't open even after getting a green light from using my key card. Turns out, you have to jiggle the door handle up and down to see which way opens the door. Completely unacceptable! When I got into the room, everything was fine until it was time to take a shower. The main shower head did not work and the attachment barely worked. At this point, I was completely over it and thankful that I lived in the city. I ended up leaving the property that same night."

"I would rather post no review at all than a negative one, but I need to let you all know to be very careful when making reservations at this specific location. I made a reservation at the last minute and needed to cancel same day. It was a prepaid reservation which is usually non-refundable. But this reservation guidelines stated I had until 11:59pm on the day of check-in to cancel so I called the hotel to verify I would be refunded. The person at the hotel working that day confirmed when I asked three times that I would be refunded and she even cancelled the reservation herself. She said I would receive an email when the refund was complete. I never got the email nor the refund. I called Fairfield custimer service and also the local hotel and got the run around. In the end, the manager at the Atlanta location declined the refund request. This is very bad business since the employee working that day reassured me I would be refunded all 3 times when I asked. So this location kept nearly $400 from my cancellation! Please be very careful when dealing with this hotel and if in doubt, double check with Marriott regarding any questions you may have. The cancellation policy clearly stated I had until midnight for a refund. And now the reservation is nowhere to be found in the app nor my records. You should review the lower star reviews before booking at this hotel. I will never book at this hotel location ever again."
