Minute Suites ATL - B16 6000 North Terminal Parkway Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta, GA 30320

"Tried to visit it many times and have always been told they're full and the wait would be longer than my connection. This morning I was stuck in Atl for 5 hours and didn't have enough time to get to a hotel. Waited at the lounge by B16 and no one was there. I called another minute suite in atl and I was told the power is out in B and that's why no one was working there. About an hour later someone showed up and I asked about booking a room and was told the system was down and he couldn't do anything for 3.5 hours (he didn't even look up from his phone.) My coworker booked a room 45 minutes later. Terrible service. No empathy for people that are stuck in the airport, tired, jet lagged and have no other options."

"Checked in for an over night, the power in my room went out, So no charging of phones. The power was out in just the minute suites, the rest of the airport was fine. With that there are bright floodlights in the room that beam down right in your face all night. I got zero sleep for my 5 hr overnight layover. I would never stay here ever again. Worth it to just leave the airport."

"A/C didn't work, I set the temperature from 70 to 67 and it only went up the whole night and ended up at 77. The room is small with no trash can. Also the premium price you pay for staying is not worth it. I would have rather slept in the airport than ever rent another room here."

"Our flight out of Atlanta was delayed by 3 hours. We were glad we could find a comfortable place to just relax;granted it was Xmas Day. The only hiccup was the service the girl at the front desk provided. We couldn't get the smart TV to work so I had to ask for help. She knew what she was doing but she struggled,too. You could tell she was not happy. Her yone of voice and body language was very obvious. Too bad."

"The staff member was asleep when I arrived. But I can't hold that against her, it was 5am! The room I was in was comfortable, but small and the seat was old and cracked. I did see in some other rooms which looked to be in better condition. I also didn't have a pillow or blanket, but they are available if you ask. Used my priority pass, which was great. Definitely recommend it if you have an hour to kill and are a priority pass holder"
