"What a pleasant and wonderful hotel stay. Quite cozy, comfortable rooms, bed and pillows and enjoyable night rest. The staff; Simi, Shana, Jessica and Rivey are outstanding and so attentive and conscientious to guests needs and concerns. Even the cleaning and maintenance crew are kind Breakfast was also free and very good. Such a good deal and peaceful environment."

"We finally get checked in. We get in the room and start to relax and get settled in. I lay down and dose off but am shortly awakened to the feel of something crawling on my head and its a BABY ROACH!!!!! Who would expect to have this issue in such a prominent part of Atlanta. I cant trust the free breakfast here nor will my family. My reservation is for 2 nights here and I am disgusted. Hopefully tomorrow there will be a solution for this issue. This is quite embarrassing for $101 a night. There are cheaper rooms with better accommodations and are also BUG FREE!!!"

"Usually, I do not write reviews for hotels and restaurants but I do not want other people to have the same experience I did. When we initially entered the room, the cigarette and marijuana odor was so overpowering that it was difficult to breathe. The bathroom also had a musty, mildew scent. The worst part of our stay was finding a ton of tiny bugs and a few cockroaches within an hour or two of us entering the room. My partner and I made the decision to switch hotels after discovering the bugs in the room. Two of the only positives of staying in this hotel was location and the service.  The receptionist was really accommodating and made an effort to assist. Thankfully, we were able receive a refund for the two nights that we were supposed to stay in the hotel. Overall, I would not suggest that people stay at this hotel especially if they're traveling with children."

"Everything was completely perfect until our 3rd night there. Unfortunately, we saw a roach and then realized that we had been smelling RAID bug spray in the halls and elevator. The rooms & everything appeared clean though. Great coffee, and nice service."
