"Let’s start with the BUGs like eww everywhere seen them in the hall and the laundry room a big one dropped out the ceiling and into the light fixture it’s nasty. Never saw house keeping not once in the months we were there. We are not important to the property manager we are a task to get through. It’s loud kids running up and down the halls or in the parking lot while cars are trying to pull in. You could get mail but now they don’t hold mail so who know what happens to your stuff. No I won’t be coming back to this location."

"On Friday 11/10/23, I attempted to get a room for a week. While on the road I called in the reservation and was told that I would be allowed to check in as long as I was there before 7:00pm. I got there just before 6, but wasn’t helped until just after 6. I was told the audit had started and my room was cancelled because of you don’t check in before 6 your room is automatically cancelled. I hadn’t been charged so it was fine. I was told that I could wait until the audit was finished and while waiting I could view the available rooms. The first room I went to was one of the non renovated rooms. There were multiple dead roaches and it made me feel it wouldn’t be worth my money. I was allowed to see a room that was going through renovations, but was missing a couch and some cabinet doors. It was a great looking room with a good amount of space and good amenities, but also had dead roaches. I was willing to sweep them up, but the manager said that she’d sweep the room out for me. After giving her my license and debit card I was charged as she was trying to check me in, but the room was blocked. I was told I would be able to get a refund and I have yet to receive one. While the manager was nice the hotel clearly had a roach problem and the corporate owners don’t care about customer satisfaction."

"The front desk customer service is amazing! When I first checked in and went to the room and the room had a nice smell, everything was neat and clean. Five stars for the cleaning crew.. Ms.Tina, is so professional and courteous ! She’s a keeper ❤️❤️"

"the “Ms. Tina is the best” reviews are from people who haven’t stayed here long. Stay here longer than a week and you will start notice problems. Ms Tina is very manipulative and anytime you have an issue with anything or something needs to be fixed she does not get it done. Moved in December and the very first room she gave us the stove did not work. We had to literally go out and buy a mini stove. The only time you will feel like she is helping is when you’re trying to pay. If you need anything fixed she’ll make up a lie to try to save her herself and get out of fixing what you need done. She lies and lies and lies. The elevator is in deep need of an inspection. The elevator doors should not be open whiles your on them. The maintenance man even quit because she is very unprofessional. One day my husband clogged the toilet and we went to ask for plunger she told us to go and find a cleaning lady. Instead of her being professional and calling the cleaning lady herself if you know a customers toilet is stopped up. She shows no concern when you have a problem. Her answer to us not having a stove in the new room was because it was “upgraded”. She stated as long as we have new furniture then it’s no need for the stove to work. And let’s not forget to mention all of the druggies and homeless people she lets walk around and people speeding in circles around the hotel. This place is only great for short term stay if you can’t afford a nice hotel. Please do not believe these comments if you plan on living here long term. Oh and the reviews about the new maintenance man are lies too. Never in my life have a I seen a maintenance man fix a sink with a plunger. It was the most disgusting things ever. I had to clean the sink out with a whole bottle of bleach because I was scared I could’ve gotten sick. You use plungers for toilets not SINKS!"
