"I would like to know how do you send someone to two different locations to be prescreened for Employment? Turn around and put a refusal on the prescreen background!! Ok if it was a refusal how did you get a negative result!! How do you know it’s negative duhhh I know because I don’t do drugs and I don’t drink alcohol! See the fact of the matter is that safety man was straight up being racist that’s just facts. First of all if someone is said to have refused a screening why would y’all print out a new form to go elsewhere than get the results knowing it’s a negative result and turn around and say o we can’t hire u you refused a test. So you mean to tell me my lab results are not looking right at you. Ok cool you don’t want to hire someone because of a refusal but to damage they career come on that’s not right.
