There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted. Please ensure your packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping them off. For packing supplies or help with packaging items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location.
