"I had given this place 5 stars before, but lately this location has been dropping the ball. Maybe it's from a changing of the guard, per say. Maybe it's because I only order late when I'm on my way home from work, I can't say. But the fact remains that attention to detail has gone down at this location. Consecutively I have placed orders, and consecutively they aren't quite right. It's not a major issue, I'll still order here for convenience and coupon choice, it just seems like lately the staff isn't QUITE on the ball. A real shame honestly."
