"The deep voiced woman who answered my call today was rude and hung up on me. I shipped something from there on 12/27, I knew by 1/2/24 it was probably lost. Stopped by to inquire on how long it takes to track and file a claim, told 30 days but was insured up to $100.00. Today I called, she said well I didn't lose it and I can refund your money for shipping. I said well the cost of the item should also be refunded by FED EX, she said you need to come in to file it and hung up. Words do not even express how rude and unprofessional that was. Really lady, you want repeat customers? I went on line with Fed Ex and filed my own claim. I will never ship from this facility again. UPDATE 1/31/24 - Fed Ex declined my request for a claim stating I had to do it in PakMail, they could not take care of it for me. I called Fed Ex just to be sure and went to Pak Mail to specifically talk to Wendy G the owner, I said I need to file a claim for a lost item. She looked at me and said did you post a google review and I said I did indeed, and that the situation was now in their hands and I needed her to file this claim. She threw down her pen, and turned her back on me and said I refuse and walked away. I said I need you to handle this and she proceeded to call me rude and unprofessional? Who is the customer here? Both she and the young man that works there are both so interested in stating "We didn't lose it" that the fact that Fed Ex lost it is not even the point. It is a lost package, I am now out almost $60 in product and shipping and she REFUSED to file the claim for me. What kind of way is that to do business? I have now contacted PakMail corporate as this is a franchise and Fed Ex can do NOTHING without her cooperation. Just beware folks, if she gets an attitude, she can just blow you off and you have zero recourse as to recoup your lost money. Isn't that enough to make you stay away? There is no assurance that your product will ever get there or if it is lost that she will assist you in making it right. All she has to do is file the claim for me in her computer system and then Fed Ex handles it. Does this seem like I am requesting anything extraordinary? Her defensive manner is childish and unprofessional and rude!"

"The owner’s wife/co-owner is a Neanderthal. Try to catch her between smoke breaks if you don’t want your head bit off. We’ve used them for years - starting when the former owner was there. My husband ships from there all the time. She’s always been a bit surly, but today was off the charts! I guess the holiday rush has her overwhelmed. But her behavior was unacceptable. We will definitely not be using them, going forward. We’ll take our business elsewhere!"
