Subway

"Just want to give a shout out to the lovely women that now works at the Subway inside Circle K. This location has had troubles in the past, but tonight when I went in the service was great. I didn’t catch the ladies name, but she was smiling and singing and just happy. She told me she had been there since 5am unloading the truck. She never complained, but instead was praising the Lord she had a job. She was wonderful and deserves a raise!"

"This is a hit or miss place ....some days are great with good food & employees. But the last time I went in to order, I asked for black olives on my sandwich and the woman working said she did put some on. I couldn't see any, so I asked if I could get a few more, and all she would say is how she already put them on. I said yes, but could I please have some more, only to get the same reply from her. I had to stop at food Lion to buy a jar of black olives to add to my sandwich because she refused to put any on. I think I'll pass on going back to this location and just go to a different one."

"Went in to get a sandwich and walked right out when I saw how rude the woman behind the counter was with the customer before me who was polite but having trouble understanding her when she asked what else he wanted on his sandwich (although she didn't ask what ELSE, she asked "what do you want?"). When he started reading off ingredients the sandwich had, she snapped "Yeah, I know what it has in it, what do you want?". He then began again with the ingredients, to which she snapped "Yes, I can read. What do you want on yours?". The customer finally meekly responded with his preferred ingredients and in a sarcastic tone she replied "That's it, thank you". Absolutely zero reason to treat anyone like that."

"First time getting subway from this location. Had no tomatoes, lettuce was wilted, not fresh, and it seemed like the teen girls needed more training on customer service. Let me tell you, working with clients/customers for over 23 yrs, I know for a fact that a smile goes a long way. I hope they take their reviews seriously. It will help them in the future."

"Rediculously skimpy on the vegies. I ordered 3 footlongs and asked for tomato, onion, pickles, cucumber, lettuce for all 3. Lettuce was fine tomatoes got 2, cucumber got 2, and onions 4 slivers on each when I requested more I was looked at funny and given 1 extra of each and the pickles were even worse, I requested lots of pickles on my tuna and received 5 I asked for extra and was given two more slices....are you serious? Now the mustard and mayo were also skimped on because they put a barely there line, when I requested more she put 4 dots of each.I am a truck driver and have been to many many subway across the U.S and this was a first and a last. What a bunch of cheap skates and rude to boot, no getting no thank you no have a nice day nothing. These guys really need to be better business oriented and customer oriented and accommodating."
