"I always have problems with FedEx, this time package was delivered in the woods by my neighbor house, they brought it to me."

"I ordered some Christmas gifts this past year and they were supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I received a call from FedEx the day before Christmas Eve letting me know they put my package on the wrong van and they wanted me to come pick it up instead. I had Covid and the drive was 30 minutes away so I declined. Then same order, different package was stuck in Kennesaw, GA for over a week and my gift wasn’t here in time for Christmas."

"Every time I am forced to use FedEx, they do as little as possible. The packedge was delivered on time this go around, but the driver was lazy and decided to leave it in the open, instead of walking up the steps and either placing by the door. Or simply knocking on the door first to see if someone is there to accept the packedge. No other shipping company has an issue with knocking on the door, or simply walking up the steps to place the packedge by the door. No notification was sent that the box had arrived until several hours later when someone was on the premises at the time of drop off. Simply ridiculous."

"I ordered a new generator from Costco. It weighs about 300 lbs so they shipped it fedex freight. My generator arrived when it was supposed to and was in really good condition. The driver was very nice and helpful. Very satisfied customer."

"SUCKS! Fed-Ex has the worst customer service! Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered my package 3 days ago,said it was supposed to be 2 day shipping so rightfully so, i called target and they said that it had been sent to fed ex, so i called fed-ex for them to tell me my package had been LOST!
