"Booked a load va to il when we arrived at the receiver it was a drop trailer load which the broker had not advised. Tried to get in contact with the broker and the team and they advise it wasnt their problem. After that I got ghosted for 2 days they disappeared. DOT will be notified they are not running a professional shop. They are refusing to pay detention and layover on this. This is not how you treat carriers stay away!"
