Wanted to test drive two vehicles, he had them ready when I got there. Made the deal on my preferred vehicle and the entire process from arrival to leaving with new vehicle took about an hour and half including the two test drives. When I'm in the market for my next vehicle, they'll be my first stop!"

"The sales experience was top notch as one would expect (ask for Rob C.!) but my experiences with Mountain View Ford during subsequent servicing and follow up questions about my new Bronco Sport have been so easy, friendly and smooth I've often thought that maybe I'm doing something wrong; getting all the things a dealership promises you to during the sales pitch shouldn't be so effortless, right?? "We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue. We bought a used 2015 Ford Expedition. Right away, the check engine light came on, and the Catalytic Converter was completely bad and needed to be replaced. It seems like when they did the initial inspection, they just disconnected the battery to reset the check engine light, because the catalytic converter was beyond bad. They did that for free, it was within 2 or 3 days of purchase. We are now 6 months out, and there's a whole slew of issues with the car and no possible way I could have done any of it in such a short amount of time, but they want nearly $5000 to fix it all. They also claim I didn't get any of the extended warranties I know I got. I've left messages with multiple people and no one is calling me back. Basically, they sold me a car that obviously shouldn't have passed inspection, and now they don't want to make it right. Hopefully I'll be updating this review with good news soon, but so far I wouldn't recommend this place. Update: yes, we were told the catalytic converter should have been caught in the inspection, and because it was their fault for missing it and likely simply resetting the battery to reset the check engine light, they would cover it. It seems like this was a continuation of issues not caught by the inspection, which leads me to question the integrity of the inspections. I'm aware it has higher mileage, but that doesn't excuse lack of quality control in your inspections. If you're stay had more honesty and we're upfront about the issues and what repairs we could expect, I would have given a higher rating and likely still would have bought the car. I'm paying the $4500 repair bill willing because I know higher mileage cars need repairs, I'm giving a low rating for the lack of honesty on what we were purchasing."
