"KCH will deduct $100 for not sending proof of delivery within 30mins of delivery! My load was only paying $495 which I had to fight tooth and nail to get… but KCH only payed out $395 for “delay of POD”. In their defense it’s in the rate confirmation (in the fine print), but is that good business practice? I don’t think so. So this is your warning to my fellow owner operators. Cheers"
