"Literally the worst customer service there is. Lowe’s needs to cut loose of these morons as soon as they can. Rescheduled my delivery 3 days in a row after I change my schedule around waiting for them. Also if you try and call to reschedule (as they requested) they will hang up on you repeatedly, put you on hold for 30 min (then hang up on you), or transfer you back to Lowe’s. Will never order anything from Lowe’s until they stop using these idiots."

"Like so many others stated, I wish I could give this company 0 stars. The delivery driver was the rudest person I ever encountered. My delivery window was 12:00 - 4:00, he calls me at 10:30 to tell me he would be at my house in 20 minutes. I had to leave work earlier than anticipated and knew I would not make it in 20 minutes. When I explained this to the driver he asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him NO and explained to him my delivery time. He told me I should have scheduled the delivery on my day off. The nerve of this jerk. At this point, we are in a full argument and he agreed to wait for 15 additional minutes for me to get home. Things really escalated when I saw him in person. As soon as he got out of the truck he started at me again. But what he didn’t realize was I am about that life. He was fooled by the business attire. We was in a full shouting match in my driveway. I literally had to walk away from him because I was so angry I wanted to cause him bodily harm. I called Lowe’s, since that’s where my order was coming from. The manager wanted to contact the delivery company on my behalf, but I asked for the number to call myself. The dispatch supervisor ensured my the drivers actions were unacceptable and the company don’t tolerate this type of behavior. That’s hard for me to believe after reading the reviews. I was told that someone would follow up with me related to the incident but I am not expecting to hear back from them. Lowe’s need to reconsider who they allow to deliver their product. Every deliver I’ve had from Lowe’s has been a disaster. It makes me not want to shop with them."

"Worse service ever. Product Never delivered. Drivers went to wrong address in a different city. Dispatcher was nice supervisor cocky and rude. Blamed goggle maps for the drivers being horrible and not apologetic at all! The drivers took a picture of a wrong house because they were too lazy to go turn around a go to the right house! Stated I had to reorder product to get re-delivered the next day! I ended up canceling order from Lowe’s money returned. Placed order with Best Buy whose drivers are great at following directions and delivered the product on time!"

"Wish I could give them negative stars. Scheduled delivery between 10 and 2. They called me at 3 to say they would be late and deliver before 4. I called the contact # at 5 and got the run around. Agent said she could not locate the driver. I called Lowes and canceled the order. Got a call at 730 saying they were an hour away."

"Lowe’s new fridge delivery for 10:30 AM to replace a Whirlpool fridge that died in two years of being bought new, you are pathetic!! It’s now 4 PM and they still haven’t showed up. Called at 2:55 saying thirty minutes. 3:50 PM, Nothing. Tried to call driver back no answer, called Lowe’s back and talked to manager that was not happy about this. He was super nice! A lady from Spirit called at 4PM with excuse of had to have truck serviced this morning from Spirit Logistics representative yet their driver when he called at 2:55 said they were late because they broke down, they thirty minutes away again according to her. She was super nice but I feel sorry for here working there. Never again Lowe’s or anyone that uses this delivery company!!! I can’t wait to see what this much is going to act like if they ever show up."
