"I recived the parts in person yesterday in the hope of reparing some things today. However, I recived a broken/split garnish that renders it unusable. So now only 2/3 parts are usuable and I must wait for days."
"I have a 1991 Honda prelude and went in looking for some parts. I knew ahead of time they were most likely not going to have anything for my car. I was right, but the person helping me got me all the part numbers so I could source the part elsewhere."
"The employees here are very rude and quite frankly not knowledgeable about their job at all. Called to have a new display screen and radio installed. I was told, “We don’t do that you have to go to Best Buy.” So to get clarification I repeated that I had to go to Best Buy to fix a vehicle I purchased from Honda in May. They then proceeded to hang up. Following their advice, I connected with Best Buy. Best Buy would have happily installed a new display that would’ve interrupted the HVAC system and left me with no air in a new car. After calling multiple times and speaking with multiple people, it was obvious Honda installs and sells what I needed. I ordered and scheduled this in advance, just to show up on the day of service saying the part is on back order and they have no clue when they’ll get it in. The woman was very rude and talking on her personal phone, while I’m standing there trying to ask questions to get clarification considering I had called several times and no one said anything about a back ordered part. Her response, “someone left you a voicemail, so we did our part.” This will be my very last time visiting this dealership. My advice would be to try other Honda dealerships in Atlanta and pray for better service, this one is just not worth the hassle. Be prepared to do your own research after getting told misinformation several times, get hung up on and waste ALL of your time if you go here!"
"I cannot believe that people have had a bad experience with this dealership! I went to another Honda dealer where I was TOTALLY SCAMMED , and ripped off on price, not including adding things to my loan that I was unaware of. I started disliking my new car from the previous dealership the next day when I found out, by myself that the car had no options. Did the salesman let me know, NOT. Well, since the car was brand new, I never thought I could get out of it without losing bunches oh money. Boy, I was WRONG. I STARTED searching for cars just to see what I was missing, and low and behold the car I actually wanted Ed Voyles had ( no one, and I mean no one, had this car in stock) I spoke to Vernon, my sales guy of my situation. He assured me that he would do EVERYTHING within his power to get me out of my old/new car, and into the car I loved. I was skeptical, and not too optimistic. Vernon went home, worked on my case after his shift ENDED, and contacted me the next day. He really felt he could help me, but of course made no promises. I spent most of the day at the dealership , but it was ALL to my benefit. I put down what I could, and the payment were right where they needed to be. This dealership is the best, their prices are the best, and they ARE HONEST. I do not know of anything else, because I just bought the car, But Vernon and the sales manager are Amazing, and ALL my future business, and my families will be at this dealership. I drove one hour to get here, but it was totally worth it. As a side note, I was walked through EACH FEATURE of my new car, and had questions Today ( Sunday) and Vernon answered promptly...on HIS day off. They are the best in my book, and my daughters when she bought a Civic in 2013. YOU ALL ROCK!!!"
"Do not buy parts here!! Tried to charge me over $500 for a Civic 2007 alternator - that part costs around $120 in retail, less than $100 new on ebay. Predators like these should not be allowed to run businesses, absolutely disgusting."
