"As long as i live in the area i will NEVER go to another autozone again. Kris was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my car. Even in the rain! He knew what he was talking about, even when AAA did not. He helped me when it seemed like there was no easy solution because AAA said i had a lock on my tires and since I didn’t have a master lock key the tire couldn’t be removed. Kris came out and accessed even hours after he had already helped me try and start my car, but the battery needed to be replaced and it was located UNDER my tire. Thank GOD he saw that it wasn’t a locked lugnut, just a regular stripped lugnut and now my car is back to normal driving because I had faith that the tire could be removed based off his analysis and I thank GOD that Kris was at work today, without him I’d still be stranded with no car. Whatever he makes an hour, he needs a RAISE because the level of dedication to make sure the customer is ok is UNMATCHED! Thank you Kris! You dnt know how helpful you have been , and you were the angel God sent me today! Even the manager came out to access the situation and offer assistance if needed , but Kris had it under control . I didnt catch his name, but I truley appreciate you guys! Another guy that worked inside was extremely helpful as well. He ran multiple tests for me on my car with not problem! Great customer service all around. I’m so happy that this is my neighborhood Autozone because they are AMAZING every time!"
