Mavis Tires & Brakes

"The location on 2500 Dallas Hwy completed my brake job last July. I had my oil changed at a quick-change shop last week. Without taking my tires off, the quick-change shop told me the pads were scrubbing metal on metal, and that the rotors had deep grooves. So, I stopped by Mavis today to let them inspect everything since the brake work from last year is still under warranty. I still have 60% of my brake pads and the rotors are fine. The quick-change oil place was simply trying to take advantage of me, as I expected. I'm not saying their name because this 5-star review of Mavis isn't the proper place to do so. The tech at Mavis took the time to take pictures of my brakes and compared them to a picture of what the other place described. Not only that, he also took the time to top off my fluids when I told him I was driving to FL later this week. Thank you SO much to the staff at Mavis for providing honest and friendly customer service. I appreciate you and the peace of mind you have given me before my long drive."

"I had a nail in my SUV tire and Haley got me in immediately to see if it could be patched. It could and it was all done and road worthy in under an hour! On a Sunday! Great customer service!"

"I met the district manager at this location while my vehicle was undergoing maintenance. She informed me about the ongoing promotions and took the time to address some issues I was experiencing with my car. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I obtained a comprehensive assessment of my car and got answers to some of my inquiries. In summary, my experience was excellent and I was satisfied with the services provided."

"Chris was great and helped every step of the way. I received an honest assessment on what was really needed and a good price on what was done. They called me when the car was ready, but I wasn’t able to pick it up until later. I didn’t realize they closed at 5 on Saturdays, and didn’t get another call until 10 after 5 to see if I would be picking it up tomorrow. I was able to go when they called, so Chris waited for me by himself after the shop had closed. I had gotten work done at this location previously, which was the main reason I returned as the prior experience was a good one. While they can’t do everything here, what they can do, they do well. Always appreciate when a business or a person goes above and beyond expectations!"
