"We had a great experience with our Tesla 3 sunroof replacement. From the beginning when SunroofExpress referred us to them, Fortunately, the staff at Alan Cox was quite familiar with the replacement of sunroofs in the Tesla 3 models. Once the part was in, we were able to schedule relatively soon – which can be rare. Since we live 1.5 hr away, we were kindly driven to a mall to walk our waiting time away. However, we were pleasantly surprised when the installation took 1/2 the projected time. Just time enough to walk 4 miles and grab a cup of coffee:) Great work, knowledgeable and friendly shop . . . would highly recommend!"
"I was grateful to Alan Cox Automotive for communicating honesty and perspective of customer with little knowledge of car. Experience at auto repair could be daunting but not this time !! After examining my car, they called us and share what he thought and offered choice Id be able to consider adding while emphasizing that it's not necessary to have done. I had a few unpleasant experience at auto shop in the past, it may be safe to say I think there are many like me who would feel guarded trying our best not to be e taken advantage at auto shop, yes? Issue I had with my car was minor this time but I think I will bring my car to them from maintenance to major mechanical issues (knock on wood !) should there be in future. Following my service I was advised about issues that would need attention, due the age of my vehicle, that I needed to have performed in the coming months.
