"I had them take out my floor and fiberglass shower and install new tile on the floor and shower wall. They did it the exact day and take exacly 5 day and they had promised. The office staff was great (I'm usually not picky but for some reason I kept changing my mind on the tile - I know I was being a pain to work with but they were so nice about the many changes I wanted to make). The installers were very professional and did an awesome job. My master bathroom is now my favorite part of my house and I'm proud to bring guests in there to see it. Thank you Jernigan Tile!!"

"Requested a quote for some flooring to be done. As a matter of fact well over 2000 sq.ft in multiple areas. Originally promised an estimate after a couple days. I called in to inquire and to touch base where they were with the estimate. Young lady on the phone said it was sitting on "Jesse's" desk along with two others. This was on Feb 12th, as of today Feb 25th still no estimate. He came highly recommended even though I had read the reviews and thought I would give them a chance. A shame with businesses going under left and right due to our pandemic you think they would be a step up and offer better customer service. After talking with the young lady I was informed Jesse is the owner. Update: I had not done a review until I gave them one last chance. After 2 phone calls today Megan returned my call and informed me Jesse is out on the golf course and out of the 3 estimates in the last 2 weeks, he still has not completed mine. Any potential customer reading this, I will let you make the decision before moving forward with the company. Sad to say they came highly recommended, maybe my friend was just trying to help this business."
